“An Englishman’s home is his castle” – as the saying goes, but surely that’s not limited to Englishmen!
To most people home is a special place with special memories, and having a unique piece of art that captures the essence of your house can be a brilliant way to celebrate a wedding anniversary, or to remember a much loved home if, for some reason, you have to leave it.
Photographs are all very well, but with a drawing I can add the little personal details: do you have a pet that I could feature in the picture? Or favourite plants in the garden that could be incorporated into the picture surround?
All I need via email is at least one good (although more would be great!), high resolution photograph of the view that you would like, and any extras that you would like me to include – pets, plants, car, sports equipment, or anything at all that’s special to you and your family – and I can produce a stunning house portrait in pen & ink, with or without a watercolour wash.
Of course this isn’t limited to houses; I’m just as able and willing to draw historic houses, business premises, shops, the church where you got married, garden sheds…
The original can be used to produce business cards/notelets/address cards/headed notepaper. There is a world of possibilities!
If you are interested in the idea of having me turn your home into art, or if there is anything else that you might like me to draw, please fill in the contact form and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
